My role

Led end-to-end UX and UI design for a CRM platform and companion mobile application, delivering scalable, user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile. Designed and integrated AI-enabled capabilities including generative content creation, automated lead scoring, and Agentic lead nurturing, ensuring explainable, usable experiences that balance automation with user control and effective decision-making.
