myGovID/myID

Delivered UX/UI design for the Australian Government’s national digital identity platform (myGovID, rebranded to myID in 2024), a high-security service enabling individuals and businesses to access government services online.

Key Responsibilities and Contributions:

• Led Human Centred Design activities including user research, co-design, usability testing, and iterative prototyping to deliver secure, intuitive identity verification experiences.
• Designed end-to-end UX and UI artefacts from concept to high-fidelity interfaces, collaborating closely with developers, architects, and biometric specialists to ensure usability within strict security and privacy constraints.
• Contributed to reusable UI patterns aligned with government digital standards, supporting successful national rollout and scale (now adopted by millions of users following transition to myID).
